Your Renouf ProCoach
A Renouf ProCoach has a minimum 10 years experience as a personal trainer and will be meeting with you to discuss your goals and to gain insight into your current physical abilities and which steps are required to move you forward safely. Every 4-weeks an Assess/Adjust meeting with your ProCoach to create your next 4 week program.
