I've only been working out with my new PT Deb for a couple of weeks now who is incredible. I have a nick name for her "The Terminator." She is an incredible trainer. I've signed up for the next 3 months and up for the hard yards and transformation. Brendon the Manager always has a smile on his face and it's a joy to work out in the "house of pain". Highly recommended, get almost it.

I started at Renouf about six months ago and can't say enough about the staff and my trainer Marco! The results I've had have been amazing and I'm encouraged and motivated every time I train. The team at Renouf are very welcoming, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. It's five stars all the way!

Great facility. Knowledgeable & motivating staff. Can't go wrong joining Renouf in South Perth. Worth the $$ people!! Now get off your ass and head down
