I have been working in the fitness industry, in Ireland & Perth, as a Personal Trainer for 6 years while also studying Sports and Exercise Science.

My personal sporting background is in boxing.

My boxing skills have been developed over a 10-year period, competing in over 60 fights.

Generally, I love all aspects of fitness but I like to work on my strength as much as possible followed by some conditioning work.

I really enjoy most sports but especially contact sports.

Training Mantra

Back home in Ireland, my kickboxing clubs motto was “Seek & Destroy” meaning set goals and smash them!
